Burpee Long Jumps
Hand-Release Push Ups
Medicine Ball Sit Ups

Please do not forget to stretch before and after, hold the stretch for 45 seconds to a minute for a good stretch after the work out is done. And as usual, record time as well. Good Luck!

  1. 32 mins, I know I could have done A LOT better but I probably spent a total of 10 mins trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with my sit ups; my body was shifting up as I was coming back down and I tried having my legs held down and such but it kept moving, I don't think my core is strong enough for a proper sit up…
