50 Hand-Release Push Ups
50 Air Squats

Time Limit: 32 Minutes.
I hope you have a great time tonight. Remember to stretch and pace yourself. You should know by this point which will save you time and which will slow down your time. Do then hand-release push ups modified. I suggest knocking 10 at a time, rest 10 seconds, knock out another 10. I'm going to push you and tell you to aim for a sub 25. Happy Valentines Day!

So I started at about 845 ish. A little later than I said I would, and decided to do modified push ups and modified sit ups (knees up):
ReplyDeleteI completed 1 full round and at the second I went out of order since I knew burpees and the push ups would be harder, I completed 50 sit ups and 50 air squats just as my alarm finished
I think I did really well on my first 50 burpees, flew through the 100 squats but I think I could've shaved time with my sit-ups and of course hand release push ups
